All eyes were on Aquis Park on the Gold Coast for Racing Queensland’s Lea Insurance Brokers’ 1300m Class 5 Thoroughbred event on the 29th of June.

The LEA IB sponsored race was supported by an exceptional level of attendance on track despite the miserable weather. Gold Coast Turf Club guests were able to enjoy a day at the races, and social media accounts such as Racing Queensland and Trackside Photography broadcasted the event on their newsfeeds.

Sky Racing reported an outstanding number of viewers for the race, with the Winter Carnival in full swing for Racing in Queensland.

Jane Kiernan, Membership Manager at the Gold Coast Turf Club, reported that “Industry Participants such as Owners, Trainers and Jockeys highly praised Lea Insurance Brokers for your efforts to congratulate the winning connections.
