Barry Mulquin Takes on The Simpson Desert for Charity
Our very own Barry Mulquin has traded the golden beaches of the east coast for the red dunes of the Simpson Desert.
This August, Barry and a team of mates will attempt to cross the Simpson Desert on a gruelling 620km sand track, on a fat bike, over eight days. The end goal to raise $75,000 to fund Global Care’s mission.
Global Care Australia lives out its motto of Mates Helping Mates as the social justice and disaster relief arm of the International Network of Churches – INC; they exist to spread kindness and love across Australia, and around the world.
