Chris is the COO and a Director of the company with over 15 years’ experience in the industry. Chris joined LEA in 2011 where he worked as a Broker/Account Executive before becoming a director in 2015.

In 2014 Chris was asked to participate in the Allianz Insurance ‘Young Eagle’ Program, an intensive training program designed to enhance the sales, relationships and leadership skills of future industry leaders. He also participated in the inaugural QBE Insurance ‘eQuip’ Program in 2008, a developmental course specifically designed for the ‘next generation’ leaders.

Prior to LEA Insurance Brokers Chris worked with a major national underwriter across all major insurance products. Starting out as an Assistant Underwriter, Chris quickly worked his way up the ladder to a Business Relationship Management role in various locations throughout Queensland including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland.

Chris is a diehard sports fan. He plays and coaches football on weekends and in his downtime you will find Chris on the golf course or socialising with family and friends.
